Mrs. Thelma Orleans Thompson is a seasoned Social Development Practitioner with expertise in child development, gender equality, community-driven development, and policy analysis. She holds master’s degrees in Social Policy Analysis and Environmental Management and Policy, alongside a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with Linguistics from the University of Ghana.
An advocate for women’s empowerment and holistic community development, Thelma brings a strategic approach to program management and project implementation. As a certified counselor and mentor, her leadership fosters inclusive practices that align with CfSNI’s mission.
